From the Nuremberg (Nürnberg)/Stuttgart/Salzburg motorway

Take the motorway ring road around Munich, the A99, to the motorway junction “München-Süd”
At motorway junction “München-Süd” take the A995 signposted Garmisch/M-Giesing
Leave the motorway at the Oberhaching/Taufkirchen/Grünwald exit
Go straight on at the first set of traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Further-Bahnhof-Straße. Follow the road round to the left
At the maypole follow the road round to the right into Hahilingastraße
The second road on the right is Pfarrer-Socher-Straße. The hotel is on your right

Coming via motorway from Munich/Munich city centre

Take the A995 and follow the signposts to Salzburg
Leave the motorway at the Oberhaching/Taufkirchen/Grünwald exit
Turn right at the first set of traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights turn left into Further-Bahnhof-Straße. Follow the road round to the left
At the maypole follow the road round to the right into Hahilingastraße
The second road on the right is Pfarrer-Socher-Straße. The hotel is on your right

By Deutsche Bahn (German Railways) and S-Bahn (suburban railway) – approx. 30 min. from Hauptbahnhof (Munich Main Station)

When you arrive at Munich Main Station follow the S-Bahn signs down to the S-Bahn platforms
Go to the platform for all trains passing through Marienplatz
Take the S3 S-Bahn final destination Holzkirchen or Deisenhofen

By plane and S-Bahn

From the central area of the airport take the S-Bahn bound for the city centre (Innenstadt) (S8 recommended, S1 is an alternative, but takes longer)
Change trains at Ostbahnhof (Munich East) and take the S3 S-Bahn final destination Holzkirchen or Deisenhofen

From the S-Bahn station to the hotel

Alternative no. 1 – approx. 15 minutes walk (:: Map for pedestrians)

Get off the S-Bahn at Furth station and turn left
Turn left under the pedestrian underpass and turn left again, back towards the station
Turn right into Further Weg and walk along the footpath that begins next to the side of the road and leads to a small wooden bridge
Turn right over the wooden bridge
Go past a small chapel on your left and down the hill
Turn right into Gärtnerweg
And left into Am Berg, the third road on the left
At the end of Am Berg turn right into Pfarrer-Socher-Straße. The hotel is 50 m on your right

Alternative no. 2 – by local bus (weekdays only between 6.50 a.m. and 6.50 p.m.)

Get off the S-Bahn at Deisenhofen station. When you have gone down the stairs take the exit on the right to Bahnhofsplatz where the bus stop is.
Take the local bus to the Hotel Hachinger Hof bus stop.
